Consumer Agreement
Invoices are on a 15 day net only unless other arrangements have been made. Twenty dollar ($20.00) will be charged on orders totaling under five dollars ($5.00). It is agreed prior to the delivery of any services or goods to the Customer that all invoices unpaid within fifteen (15) days from the date of the invoice will bear interest at the rate of eighteen percent (18%), per annum on the amount of the unpaid invoice balance and subject to statement fees. This agreement is made for the purpose of inducing Inyoursink.com LLC to extend credit to the customer on deliveries of goods and services. The interest is computed on the previous balance owed to the date of payment and does not include the charges shown on this statement. Under this method, the earlier payments are received during a monthly billing period, the lower the interest for that period will be. No interest is charged on accounts paid within fifteen (15) days of billing date. ACCOUNTS PAST THE 15 DAY NET WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE PLACED ON C.O.D. DO NOT MAKE DEDUCTIONS FROM REMITTANCES FOR CLAIMS RETURNED GOODS OR ALLOWANCES UNTILL A CREDIT MEMO HAS BEEN ISSUED.
Shipping & Delivery
Inyoursink.com LLC ships merchandise worldwide. Shipping to locations inside the continental United States will be by UPS and may require up to three (3) business days to process. Shipping to locations outside the continental United States may require up to an additional fifteen business (15) days to process. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Standard warranties are thirty (30) days for labor and ninety (90) days for parts. Inyoursink.com LLC only warrants the parts installed by us at the time of a repair. Additional parts will be charged accordingly.

We do not warrant clutches, blades, cups, abused or misused equipment, normal wear, unauthorized tampering or repair before or after our repair, trip charges, or freight.

WE DO NOT WARRANT ANY ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS OR MOTOR PARTS PURCHASED ONLINE OR BY PHONE AND SHIPPED TO THE CUSTOMER. These components will only be covered if installed by a Inyoursink.com LLC technician either on-site or in-shop during an authorized repair.
Return Policy
Merchandise may not be returned without written authorization. Merchandise must have been purchased no longer than ten (10) days prior to request for authorization and is subject to a 15-20% restocking fee. All Merchandise must be in original box and in resalable condition.

Business hours are 9am-4pm Monday through Thursday, and 9am-3pm on Friday. 24 hr service is available through our automated message callback system.
